Sanctuary Exterior Kit

Self Build – Full Exterior Only

Our sip kit provides you with everything required to build the shell structure and includes:-

  • SIP Panels – 98mm External Walls, Floor  & 122mm Roof
  • Windows & Doors – UPVC 40mm double glazed windows and doors
  • Exterior Cladding – thermowood cladding for all external walls
  • Canexel Panels – cut to length canexel panels for rear and sides
  • Timber Feature Panels – treated timber bespoke panels
  • Roofing materials – Rubber roof, trims and adhesive
  • Splines – SIP joining splines to ensure that your joints are fully insulated
  • C24 Timber – openings, windows and/or door recesses
  • Fixings – screws, nails, jointing adhesives & foam
  • Instructions – full comprehensive plans

 

Shell Build – Factory Built

A fully factory assembled bare shell on a chassis that is externally complete with windows, doors, clad with roofing materials without any interior finish.
